Educational programs whether for parents or professionals are being created as content and methodological-specific programs tailored to the needs of the users and the goals they want to achieve. The programs are aimed at increasing the knowledge and understanding of the users on the issues being dealt with as well as on the development of personal parental / professional skills and competences. Workshop programs are implemented through PP presentations, case studies, play roles and participants' discussions. Sometimes the workshops are realized by bringing children, parents and professionals together.
